The Conference Centre of the Canary Islands of Alfredo Kraus Auditorium is managed by a non-profit private Foundation and is the only centre on the Canaries which holds both the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard certification and the “Q” for Tourist Quality. The Event Responsible is the person in charge of giving advice to the organiser before the event takes place and who will coordinate all services during the celebration. The role of the Event Responsible guarantees fluent communication and, consequently, the fulfilment of our main aim: the satisfaction of our customers.
